This is the 3rd and last email of the new reps series I send to new team members. I try to send extra communications to my newest Avon reps as I know this is a crucial time period for them. After they receive these 3 emails, they will start receiving my regular team communications as well as separate emails geared specifically toward reps who are LOA 0 – 6. I tend to group my team into three different categories: 1) new reps, 2) the whole team, and 3) leadership reps. I have 3 separate groups on Facebook based on this criteria for my team. I originally found this on and tweaked it a little to fit my needs. Hope you find it helpful!

At Avon , we are dedicated to your success and will match your commitment with guidance and support every step of the way!

Everything probably still feels new to you, so I wanted to touch base and call out a few things that will be pretty important for you to know.

Here are a few basics that will help you get a feel for your new business environment:

· Place your Order! 
Here’s your step-by-step guide to placing your orders:

· Avon Campaign Cycle! 
With Avon, our ordering cycle is a two-week Campaign. That means you will have access to brand new products, special offers and sales EVERY TWO WEEKS! How fabulous is that?!

· Let’s Talk Timing!
To keep all of the Representative deliveries running smoothly, Avon is on a shipping system called the Representative Processing Schedule (RPS). You are on RPS (insert RPS number here) which means that you can submit an order every other (insert day of the week order is due here) by 11am to qualify for the lowest possible shipping fees. I have attached a copy of your ordering schedule. Your first order for campaign (insert number of first campaign) is due (insert due date of first order)

Key to Remember: Our new brochures and business tools are ordered right along with your Customer orders, so skipping any Campaign will delay your receipt of the most up-to-date tools, demos and brochures.

· What’s the minimum? 
In order to earn commission, your orders must total $50 each campaign. Our earning structure is based on a “The more you sell, the more you earn!” philosophy. Work it and give yourself a raise every two weeks!
